Finders Fee for Referrals

Finders are strictly intermediaries who introduce our Fund. Finders generally operate in “andel territory” in the range of $100,000 to $2 million. Please understand that all we require from you is an introduction to a potential accredited investor or partner.

We will provide the relevant investment details and any documents required. You do not represent the Fund in any capacity. When a deal is finalized, we will pay you a finder?s fee as a percentage of the investment.
